Deed between Sir John Johnson, Daniel Claus, Guy Johnson, Jelles Fonda, Michael Byrne, and Gilbert Tice as grantors and Robert Adams as grantee. The deed transfers ownership of three lots on the west side of the Schoharie Hill. Entered into the clerks records of Tryon County, N.Y. at Johnstown and notarized by Sir William Johnson.
